A dynamic professional with 8 years of experience in Operations & planning in the IT sector & Presently working as Operations lead with Computer Sciences Corporation (I) Pvt. Ltd.,(CSC) Noida. I have undertaken Ph.D course in the topic “Economics of Education”. I possess Significant experience in mentoring Six Sigma projects on processes that contribute to extra growth to the core business units. Exemplary communication, analytical and interpersonal abilities are my strengths. I am a Six Sigma-Black Belt.

I’ve had the privilege of speaking to management students from various colleges. It’s a new learning every time to me. “How to transition better and faster” had been the best received topics till date. Apart from these topics I specialize in topics like Goal Setting & relationship building, Six Sigma, & Collective Intelligence. I also often speak at national level seminars on Management and Recruitment. I have thought over 1000 students & did career counsel many more. I am also a member of academic council of leading education group of north India.
